About the event
Explore the healing power of literary arts through poetry and self-reflection at a special workshop we will be hosting once a month. Open to all poetry lovers! Being a writer or poet is not a requirement- only the desire to engage with poetry. This is a group session where we work together on our ability to express ourselves through writing. The theme for the month of February is "LOVE". Bring your favorite Love Poem to this session, and we will experience it together.
Facilitated by Beth Caldwell, our career coach extraordinaire who will be guiding the session. She is a transformational coach helping mid-career professionals find clarity, confidence, and joy at work. With 25+ years in education and leadership, including 15 years with the British Council, she now holds space for honest, human interactions that spark personal growth and change.
