About the event
Explore the healing power of literary arts through poetry and self-reflection at a special workshop we will be hosting once a month. Open to all poetry lovers! Being a writer or poet is not a requirement- only the desire to engage with poetry.
Facilitated by Beth Caldwell, our career coach extraordinaire who will be guiding the session. She is a transformational coach helping mid-career professionals find clarity, confidence, and joy at work. With 25+ years in education and leadership, including 15 years with the British Council, she now holds space for honest, human interactions that spark personal growth and change.
