I ASSUME COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY and LIABILITY for any injury, loss or damage to property, or death that may occur during activities, or events offered by Chaitown Community , EVEN IF the injury is not foreseeable at the time of signing this document. I realize that by signing this agreement I am SOLEY RESPONSIBLE for any injury, loss, or damage to property, or even death that may occur. **Important Notice** By signing this agreement, I give up my right to recover compensation through the court or otherwise, for any injury, loss or damage to property, or even death. I am fully aware of the risks involved with Chaitown Community and herby release Chaitown Community and all their staff, volunteers, landlords, and owners of any liability relating to any activity offered by Chaitown Community. I have read, understood, and agree to the rules and conditions stated above.
